Jahrakajin: Sanctions (chat or game bans) are not announced or commented on, that doesn't mean your ticket hasn't been dealt accordingly. I understand that this might not satisfy you fully but we certainly don't tolerate or approve of insults, abuse or derogatory comments of any context. Trust me when I am telling you that no one here is squeamish to ban someone if he deserves it.
