How can you within rules ask for a player to be banned?

I felt so strongly about the poor behaviour of one player, I felt compelled to come here and ask about a ban. The player who uploaded it was in a Waffenträger auf Pz. IV. He has suggested Jingles looks at it. The amazing thing about the video, is that it shows a "nameless" player, trying to sabotage his own team. He clearly harasses the Waffenträger auf Pz. IV player. He also harasses the players of a T30 and an IS. His behaviour is appalling  and the team lose because of his actions. The video is clear.   So I have not named anyone, I have not made a direct link to the video on the WoT replays site, but really WG needs to do something.

IPaul72: Hello there  Unfortunately this kind of behavior happens and is horrible at best as a player I understand the frustration  I would say the best thing to do is use the in game report feature, I'm sure if the player did it in your game he as done it in others and hopefully other players reported them too, so this will lead to the ban. However, if it is something dire and serious then you could always attach screenshots and send it to support and they will review the situation. Kind regards IPaul72
