IPaul72: Hello there I'm also struggling with this artillery (yep I admit to
playing arty!) 
However, I have found thankfully
that the aiming time is quite good and the reload is good with
trained crew and rammer but the alpha is still low. The
splash damage is virtually non existent, but what I have found is
that its better to get your aim then take the shot.
Still I agree, its not an easy grind due to its size and the shell
