password was 14 characters long with random letters, numbers, and
capital letters. He already contacted WG support. I'm just
writing here this so other people will know about this and this

I will say below ... Did your friend try buying gold
(other than WG) or try one of the so cold free gold things off of
you tube, reason why I ask is because these are the main culprits
to hacked accounts. However, good news is .. if he contacts
support
they will be able to sort the problem out In the meantime keep an eye out
for the free gold sites and such, there are many scams and
malicious software programs that can easily ruin someones day.
