Training program and Training Clan - Create this thread in Newcomer section,...

IPaul72:   Dear Players!     We all wish to get better, stronger, to win more! And everyone has started somewhere.   But, there are some special players, some of you, who have since the launch of World of Tanks used their knowledge and expertise to help others! To help them improve and to have more fun. For example the DEPAC boot camp, the Tank Academy, Výukové lekce and others! Some of the instructors are official Community Contributors, some run their in-game clans, their own websites and similar.   We, and all the students of your Training programs are thankful to you!    The Community Team would like to continue to support such programs. We are looking for players, who wish to help others learn, to get better at the game. Who want to try to organize training lessons, maybe even form a Training clan.   How can we support you: Creation of a Training clan with a specific name using a dummy account (to which the Instructors of the Training program would have access) Dedicated forum section for your organisation, which you can manage Special forum group (for example Contributor - Instructor) Advertisement of your Training program / Clan via our game portal, Facebook, Twitter... Trainees who complete a long, organised training schedule can receive a minor in-game reward   What should instructors do:   Have positive attitude and be helpful Cooperate with the Community Team Prepare organised Training program Regular training classes in-game Use the official forums to promote the system Use TeamSpeak Cooperate with the Community Team You can use your external website/forums Recruit more Instructors and staff into your program You can take control of a Training Clan, which we can create for you You can join the Training clan temporarily - for example one month duty You can stay in another Clan if you wish Monitor the progress of your students     If you are interested, please contact the regional Community Team and provide detailed presentation of your Training program. We will be happy to discuss it with you and help you to make it happen!
