A little insight on bot's & afk's and what to do!

A customer brings to you a forum full of people using bots and thus ruining the game for others, their usernames could be investigated and potentially lead to botters being removed from the game and your answer is effectively "don't bother with that, let players who'se games are being ruined use the admittedly inadequate in-game report system".
"the players who do this type of thing will get caught" - Evidently not. Actions speak louder than words, no-one believes you, or the people behind the scenes that instruct you to keep pushing these lies.
Wargaming is a Multi-National enterprise bringing in hundreds of millions of pounds/euros/dollars/roubles every quarter, and this is the best they can do? Pathetic.
IPaul72: Hello there Vladivar
Thank you for your response but this is your opinion and you know what, I respect that
It is purely your
choice as to whether to contribute.
However, I think you may have misunderstood me a little in what I was saying.
There is a reason why players need to use the ingame reporting system and that is because of how it works and speeds up the process.
Sure by all means necessary we could use the manual ticket system, but this could take far longer to answer the tickets of various subjects. Thus slowing the process, making the task 20 times harder than what is should be. This would then be prolonging the agony of the community member who reported the in game issue and the specific breach of rules.
But this isn't about shortcuts this is about effectiveness and response.
I can't honestly say and agree the in game report system is useless, it is quite the contrary, it is more effective than its given credit for.
It can deal with tickets way faster than any manual system would and this is why we need to use it as a community.
I even use it myself when in game, it saves the whole time consuming matter of manually writing the ticket, taking the screenshot and sending the replay.
I apologise if you misunderstood me.
Kind Regards
