397 games with 1 kill and a grand total of 1648 expi (that is an average expi of 4.15 per game) is an obvious bot. Make it go away please.
272 games with zero kills and 1408 expi (this guy has a frigging average expi of 5 .... for his entire tank career !!!!) is also clearly a bot.
While you are at it, why not check the top 20 every day and look into the stats of the obvious suspicious characters ?? 737 games in 24 hours is either some serious dedication ... or more likely a bot.
