A little insight on bot's & afk's and what to do!

It is not uncommon to have a message from one of our opponents asking us "please report XXX as bot" (or as team-killer, etc...)
> it is not possible to know if it is true or not (really idle? real team damages?) as we do not see what happens in the other team, hence I always refuse to report upon requests from "red" team. But reading you, it seems your system heavily depends on numbers.
What should we do upon requests from red team?
2- As stated by other players, the number of reports is far too small (5).
Suggestion: increase dynamically te number of reports for each players, according to the accuracy of a report.
- By instance, a player reporting cases (insults, bots, damages, etc) that are observed as "true" by your support team gives a +1 report credit for each proved case
- At the opposite, a player abusing the report system and simply reporting tanks that are not bot/idle, but just playing cautiously (or sniping), or not according to what another player wants, should be reduced by -1 for wrong reports.
Of course, the mini and maximum or credits for reporting should be limited (ex.: mini 3, maxi... 20?)

1- Basically it means if you have a AFK/Bot (if you think it maybe anyways) click the appropriate report button of that category.
from the enemy team this can also be taken on board too, but here is where common sense comes in or the seeing is believing aspect. I personally don't report anything unless I see it. (not that i don't trust people or anything it just means I am aware I have 5 chances as of now to report and I would like to use them wisely! but this is how I deal with requests but that comes from being a ex-moderator I suspect)
2- This is being looked as mentioned in the document we posted

IPaul72: Hello theouma2012
Well this is a debatable question but I should think the answer to this is the easy ride option by this I mean:
Some (the small majority) like to gain credit on other players backs and to do this they use software to try and enhance their battle count and xp.
What happens is that they don't realise by doing this they in part ruin the play experience for other players. Put simply ...
If you work in a team of lets say road construction, you are working very hard and you see a team member stood about doing nothing getting the same amount of pay as you, it makes your blood boil! Knowing they are not actively working as a team member and not carrying their weight and watching you do all the hard manual labour
Same thing
really!
Kind Regards All
