IPaul72: Hello all
At the moment customer support is revising how they deal with tickets and in game complaints, this measure as been taken so they can improve their service and response time to you as a customer.
However, this will be revised at some point, but in the meantime if you have any suggestions you are always welcome to leave them here by highlighting the suggestions and feedback.
If you go to the support page you will see the following:
Complaints System In-Game
In Wargaming.net, one of our goals is to create a fun, participatory and fair for anyone playing our games. To ensure that you spend a good time playing restrictions we use a system if a player's behavior negatively affects the experience of others. If you feel another player has violated our rules, we trust you to use our in-game report to take quick and appropriate action.
Since its introduction about a year ago, we set the thresholds monitored and reporting system in-game, and trust to the extent the delete option of "Breach of rules" for our ticketing system. Later trust the reporting system in-game for the rest of non-compliance.
1. Insults and taunts.
This is the main category for chat abuse. If you feel that a player is behaving inappropriately with what you are saying please repórtale. If a player accumulates a certain number of complaints in a given time to take appropriate measures with this player. The penalties vary depending on its nature and amount of reports. Will be considered only one report per player and incident. Using all your complaints or single one will not affect the result.
Two. Spam.
Apply the same rules as for insults and provocations.
Three. Reveal allied position.
Please use this option if you see that a colleague is revealing the enemy team allied positions.
April. Pushing an ally.
Same procedure explained above.
May. Game unfair.
This category is for game reports that have nothing to do with the two options outlined above (Allied position Reveal / Push an ally)
July. Absent / Bot.
Our system is able to detect and take action against bots. Equally if you find a player who you think might be a bot, please do not hesitate to report back by this system. The report should also be used for players who spend excessive time away. Investigate all reports and decide what actions and measures taken in this regard.
Special Mention
June. Damage ally.
This category is not processed through the reporting system and will be removed in a future patch to choose options has been implemented as an automatic Friendly Fire.
There is a very important category that has not been collected by the reporting system in-game and this is report names. We take care of the misnomers soon as possible so if you see a misnomer please report it via the ticket system. We have a category dedicated to "Inappropriate Name"
Thank you very much for helping to make our games a fun place for everyone. See you on the battlefield!
I hope that this helps.
Kind Regards
IPaul72
