Where can i report in game harassment/abuse ? getting sick fed up of this ......

lets make one thing clear, my gaming time is very limited, I play for fun, I play to play with real life friends, as a result yes to begin with I was a bit reckless, drove straight into enemy territory, got grouped as a tier 3 into tier 5 matches etc so yes I get it and my stats reflect this but as a result does it matter ? as I am playing I am learning and progressing. Now when I go out I do try my best to think tactics and strategy.
But my point is as a new player, the individual players who are dishing out this abuse/harassment are making the community as a whole look bad. I go out and work 40hours a week, I chose to blow off steam from life's stresses playing the game.
So I spend my money how I like, I mess around, I learn, I have fun.
But why should I be on the receiving end of tells/in game chat messages giving me crap about buying gold ? sorry should I just go out and buy drugs and alcohol instead ?
Sorry to rant here, but this really needs clamping down on by moderators/GM's (again I come from other MMOs so apologies if its not GM or Moderators around here)
5) Finally why don't you people who hang around in public matches padding your precious stats that you worry about so much go play in clan wars ?
Is the community really this nasty ? have I chosen the wrong game to play ? I love the game, im up for learning and contributing to the team effort. I try my best to watch videos online and learn tactics about the maps, but for every bit of hateful spiteful abuse I get I wonder as a new player why [edited] bother ?
So did I make a mistake ?
