Team killing is never a good idea for 2 reasons:
First you risk the chance of being sanctioned (temporary) yourself like you found out.
Second is you could lose your account.
Like the topic and other players have mentioned its just not worth it, let the people who shoot you receive the sanction and lose their account.
The only thing that matters is you will still be playing when they are long gone.
The automated system doesn't see fair or reasons, it see rules and thats what it applies when making a decision.
However moving on, in future when composing such topics please see forum rules:
2.5 Off Topic, spamming and trolling
• Creating threads for purpose of reporting or discussing in game violations. Such incidences are to be directed to support
