Regarding team damage ... if I lose my rag through repeated abuse then I have already lost the plot and it is too late. It takes ALOT for me to lose my rag but once I angry I am VERY angry.
I would favour an unwritten rule whereby anyone spouting any kind of abuse is immediately targetted by everyone on their team until knocked out and the game can continue. True, it might result in a lost game but the abusers might start to realise their behaviour is not being tolerated and their own game is being ruined by their actions.

The reports do work and also the offending players are often placed with appropriate sanctions for their behavior, However do to EULA regulations Wargaming cannot submit any information on individuals as to who and why. So rest assured Wargaming are trying to combat the problem (Hence the introduction of changed and updated rules) and is aware of such issues but this won't be an overnight fix unfortunately.
But all I can say at this moment is there are plans in place to be executed.

First things first as a human being you should never be ashamed of yourself and of what people say, I suppose it goes to show the narrow mindedness of some individuals. Each one of us as our own rocks to carry, but you shouldn't have to carry anymore than what you physically can cope with, we make the choice as individuals to put that bag down and move on. I can honestly say good on you for proving those individuals wrong and yourself right.
However, as the saying goes you can either be a victim of your past, or a survivor from it. This is the choice is what we all have to make at some point or another.
But I wouldn't necessarily put this type of information on a forum for all to see as people can try and use this against you, but keep battling I say

I have stated on a number of occasions that WG can introduce a filtering system in their chat to remove most of the words that give offence. It is not that difficult and I've been on many forums and online games where this is done and it works just fine. The game is better for it. I'm aware that players can be inventive and find the loopholes, but if incidents are reported, which they are, WG can pick up on it and deal with it accordingly.
It is up to WG, but I would have thought if they are losing customers it is bad business, for which a simple solution would ensure their customers, that matter, are kept happy. After all, even the abusers don't have to abuse to play the game do they?

However much I agree abusive remarks are very distracting during gameplay, at the moment all we have the in the client is the ability to censor messages and filter the spam, you can see this by opening up the game goto : garage/settings/game then there are the top 2 tick boxes for allowing you to do such a thing.
However if you ever feel like you want to rage back the best thing to do is tick the enable battling recording button or take screen shots at the worst moments of the conversation and send them onto support.
The reasons why I say this is if support can identify the individual trouble causer they can then monitor the situation and apply appropriate sanctions to the individual.
This is not sneaky or being a coward you have got to think of it like this, they may have won the battle but who will win the war? As you all know the element of surprise is half the battle won. You have to just play them at their own game and play it better and use the tools you have at hand, this being knowledge and as you know information equals strength.
Replying back to people like this just lets them win in a way, because one if they are aware of provocation you can be sure they know of the recording button and screenshots. Then before you know it you get a message with a sanction
Don't let other
people put rounds or shells in your barrel and let them name the
target, this is my advice
