The thing I would suggest is write the link to your tutorial videos in the announcement:

These videos were of great help when I was starting out but I feel they are being overlooked. Even though they are a part of newcomers guide, being placed behind FAQ does makes them easy to miss. Also adding a link to WoT Wiki would encourage players to find any information there and learn how the game works.
But that's just my suggestion, thank you for your answers, I sincerely hope this can and will make the difference, making WoT a less confusing and more friendly place for new players.
