You are the first WARGAMING rep i have had contact with even
though i have posted around 10 posts saying that i can't play the
game along with many thousands of other players
but you reply to tell me about the lack of constructive

that is not cause to address other forum posters in a hostile
manner. We have different departments for different
projects, not everyone in the company has the same skills nor is
everyone fitting to carry out identical tasks. Therefore sadly we
cannot provide you with an answer you would like to hear. But that
is not the reason we should stop doing our own job.
Certain things regarding the game are done by the developers and programmers, some things are done by community team, others by customer support and this video was made by the Military Specialist Team. No resources were taken away from the game development in creation of this video.
For analogy's sake it is like with civil service; You have Fire Department and You have Police Department.
Firemen are not tasked with handing out tickets and catching criminals and Police officers are not fit to put out fires, even though both dept. are part of civil service.
If you would task all civil service employees to patrol the streets, you would have no one to put out the fires and vice versa. This video is a rare piece of media where you can, not only learn more about a part of history, but you can also see an interior of an iconic vehicle. In my personal opinion, this content is valuable not only for WoT players, but also for any avid tankie or historian. As for your issue, I would kindly recommending contacting our support service. They are more equipped to deal with your issue than The_Challenger is.
