HeatResistantBFG: Rollbacks are based on snapshots we take of accounts, aka we save the state of your account once a month and only save them for a short while (think of the storage needed lol).  So simply put, a different day would be impossible as we do not have a snapshot from that day. If you are having issues when communicating with CS you can always contact myself and Dwigt for help or more info.
