Let a least one phrase in the forums: upon reviewing the proposals from the forums, we've decided that they fit (or don't fit) with our vision of the game. Keep a constant discussion with the players, send more of those surveys (in the last two tests, many of my mates didn't even received the surveys they were supposed to receive at the end of the tests), make sure that the surveys are delivered to the accounts that participated in testing.    One of the reasons that the forum users feel that they are ignored is the fact that the CM's appear only when they have to do damage control, while they should be constantly in the forums and have an open dialogue with the users. And i am going point here to the EA forums, where their CM's are doing just that: a transparent dialogue, leaving a simple reply when the feedback is delivered "thank you for your feedback, i will pass it to the relevant team". See?!  It's easy. If they actually deliver it or not, we can't know. But they are not there only when something bad happens. WG needs that type of public relations. But, so far, most of the WG CM's avoided us. The perception is that they appear only when the company has to do some damage control. Especially the EU server feels neglected and ignored.   Keep in mind that most of the people are actually loving the game and stuck with it for many years. Make sure that we get the news delivered in times. One of the grievances presented here is the fact that we get the monthly calendar really late, while NA, SEA and even Russia are getting them days or even a week (NA) before EU gets his monthly calendar. And a lot of time, certain stuff appears in fan blogs before being posted on the official EU news portal. So you need to do better, in that regard, too. As many of us are actually having a job, we need to know how we would plan our gaming sessions.   So, more interaction with the forum users and the players might do wonders for the company's image.

HeatResistantBFG:  We do try to do that and clearly, we can do it better, but we do aim to do that. The surveys weren't down to us, that was if you participated then you should automatically get one, but we do go through ALL the feedback we can find on things like that, so if for some reason someone doesn't get a survey then both let us know that and let us know what you would have said. Gotta say your experience on EA forums is very different from mine :D But I haven't frequented them in a while so maybe things have changed. But I would point out that we do say thanks for feedback and "noted" and whatnot, that you're saying we need to do it shows that a, people often don't notice as it isn't always their feedback and b, maybe we can do it more. We are always here and saying the forums are neglected and ignored doesn't seem fair, especially knowing how many hours a week I put into reading comments, finding information, checking on info, sourcing what can be said and then providing it. What to you may be a reply with a few lines of text and therefore a few seconds/a minute of work may be the result on our end of anywhere from 20 minutes to 2 days of work. In terms of "only here for damage control", I think to some extent that perception (maybe reality to some extent) makes sense, if I am replying to every X comments where people are asking for something that needs a response, well when there is a "hot topic" there are more comments and so more replies. Whether the ratio is fair across all situations is one thing, but I would like to think it's relatively fair. That doesn't mean it can't be better! Stuff posted on fan blogs beforehand is often a leak, which ironically enough could change the outcome and delay the actual news, worth keeping that in mind. But I can understand why that would be a grievance and I can certainly pass it along. As I hope this demonstrates we are more than happy to take criticism and feedback, and we do and will try to act on it. We aren't soulless bots we are people who spend a lot of hours doing our best to cover the forums, reddit, Instagram, youtube, discord, facebook and anywhere else the game is talked about, and trying to make sure people don't feel neglected in any of them. So I am happy to put trust in your feedback and tell info where it can be told and find the info where it can be found, I hope you will show us the same trust otherwise no one gains.
