weren't buying these offers you say no one is buying then the

gather feedback, we spend a rather large amount of time doing so in
fact but your idea of feedback seems to be you say jump we say how
high, ignoring the rest of the entire playerbase.

have comments deleted, as someone who literally was one of the
people going through the comments for this purpose I can attest to
this. People are welcome to not like the game, that goes for on
steam or here, they just aren't welcome to do it in certain
manners. As anywhere platforms have rules and guidelines, as long
as people stick to them then there is no problem 
If you have reported people with
sufficient proof and the response on the ticket has been inadequate
you can always message myself or Dwigt and ask us to review the
ticket, CS does a great job but even with a 99% success rate, it
would mean that 10 every thousand get missed 
If you start running the game, paying
its employees, developing it etc, I'm sure you'd have more of a
position to request that exchange but as you don't then it's
obviously an unreasonable demand and makes absolutely no valid
point.. it's a strawman argument to attempt to make it seem like we
are being unreasonable. If you have genuine and constructive things
you would like to see added to the game to help free to play
players we'd be happy to hear them and pass them
along

can manage anything you like, I will treat your feedback
as equally as anyone else's 
Why should your feedback matter more than any of the
1300 others? And to say you speak for them is very presumptuous,
feel free to run a poll with exactly what you think stated and send
me the results with all 1300 having voted and that shall be passed
on as a show of their 1300 opinions (i have greek family so you
don't even need to translate it), but otherwise I'd rather take
their feedback than weight yours So please tell us these
fixes you would like, perhaps I can shed some light on them or pass
them on
