Because if the Event and the information about it were released first and then in the skin store, this case would not have been reached. I would just win my skin without giving my money away, or at least I would pay for only one and not for both with real money.

If there is a problem, then CS are the people who can fix it. There are limited staff and any fix by them has to be done manually, so things take time and especially at busy times of year. Your support ticket will be in the list with thousands of others to be seen, and as you said you don't want any rules violated (not that we would) so your ticket will be seen when it is seen. We obviously do not wish for these things to go wrong and we are sorry about the frustration things like this can cause, but you need to be patient as with all things. If you are entitled to gold then you shall receive it. If you wish to send me the ticket ID i can check on the progress and details, but there isn't much else to do beyond wait for ticket to be resolved.
