9.7 test - General feedback

Grimbru: Hello everyone,   We're aware that the public test came with a whole host of issues for many of you, and we're fixing/finding out more as we go along. I'm sorry you had to wait for an official response but the truth is we have been waiting too.   I have one snippet of information for you straight from 'Mother Minsk'.   Some players get stuck at synchronizing personal file on Public test server 9.7_2. The reason of this issue is a Tankgirl (I presume this means female crew member) with Crew XP that wasn’t spent for any perks yet.  The client gets stuck as soon as you choose the respective vehicle or try to open the profile of the respective Tankgirl in barracks. The problem exist on CT 9.7_2 only because this bug is already fixed in production version.  If a user faced this issue he can fix it removing preferences_ct.xml file.   In the mean time we are reporting everything you bring to us to the dev team and producers.
