Does MM treat Tier IV unfairly?

Grimbru: It's harsh sometimes because new players often don't realize they are in a 'scout' tank. If you play it right it's actually a gateway to massive credits and exp, not always as exciting but it can be nail-biting as you sit still in a bush spotting and hoping you don't get detected yourself. If of course you play it wrong and start trying to shoot stuff right away you're in for a bad day!    One of my favorite tanks is the ELC so I get thrown into VIII games with it often. If you can get that initial spot off you're almost guaranteed some great exp. Keep spotting and it just gets better. Then you can join in the cleanup at the end of the game.
