Block Quote Moderation of the forum is lacking and reports for bad posts
sometimes can take days to resolve, even if they are serious. This
sorta raises the questions....... Do they even read the forums?
Does our input matter? Can we trust them to send our input to
WG? Maybe they listen to the CCs but is that always a
representation of the general opinion?
Gepard_PH: Due to the sheer volume of posts, moderation is
not proactive, but reactive. Which means that moderators
will react as quickly as possible to all reports from players, but
they will not check all threads and post for possible violations.
It is also not moderators' nor Community Contributors' job to
forward players' feedback to Wargaming. That's what WG Community
Team is for. And Community Team does read the forums, but
not all sections of it. We are paying attention to your feedback
regarding latest news, updates, announcements, offers, as well as
whatever hot topics pop up in the Gameplay discussion section.
I can tell you that everyone in the team is doing their best
to understand issues and opinions you have and to forward them to
developers.
