SPGs: 1. First type of shells will remain the
same, so, with increasing of HP of tanks they will do 15-20% less
damage than now.

2. Second type of shells will do the same amount of
damage as now (more damage, but HP will increase too), but they
won't stun and will be much more expensive (I think tooooo
expensive if we are talking about their effectiveness comparing to
the first ones and if developers do really want to downgrade the
overall time of stun). 3. The third type of ammo is only for
exceptional cases in TD mode. Ammunition of all the other
tanks (don't think about ammunition types while reading it): 1.
Biggest damage, lowest possibility to do it; 2. Less damage
with bigger possibility to do it; 3. Lowest damage, almost 100%
possibility to do it. Sorry to repeat it, but all these
changes of all the shells and increasing of amount of HP of tanks
is for prolonging of average time of battles, which
were speeded up significantly with changes of 0.9.18 and
some others which were made later (some people say that
average time of battles now is downgraded by 20% comparing to
the times of 0.9.17). And... there is a simple way to rescue
"derp gun carriers" (KV-2, T49, etc.) if WoT developers want
to do it. Simple change of their standard HE shells to HESH
ones with the same other characteristics as there are planned for
HE, but with possibility to penetrate armour, would be the easiest
way, I think. p. s. Besides, if we will think a bit more, we
will find out, that the amount of damage which is done by current
HE shells is the BIGGEST RNG issue in the game.

Falathi: As for SPGs: I think that overall, there will be no issue.
Especially given higher HP pool of vehicles and the fact that
possibly more effective shells will have no stun
effect. As for KV-2, T49 and similar tanks - it`s too
early to say for sure but they will be taken care of, as in general
we would prefer to keep their unique style viable in the future.
How it will be done is another story - personally, I think that the
HESH solution is definitely one of the possibilities. As
for the RNG issue, I actually agree. I think it`s more like a
combination of two factors: high HE damage comes usually from the
derp guns, which are not very accurate. Therefore, much depends on
both where they hit and how hard. Other guns are more predictable
in this regard.
