require something like a Global tech tree, to make sure that there
is enough vehicles, with proper tier candidates et c without having
to rely to heavily on variants of tanks we already have in

Also, on a side note: there`s always an open case of possible blueprints, as we haven`t seen and checked all archives that exist. You never know what you can actually find.
