Usually it`s not enough to bounce shots of TDs and higher tiers - but against other LTs it can be pretty effective.
On the other hand, I can`t recall any tank that catches fire as easily as LT. Its fuel tank is big, weak and very easy to hit. It is also the only tank I`ve ever played to catch fire twice in the same battle - and this happened more than once.
