Youtube and recent changes to it's terms regarding intellectual property

Process of getting your YouTube licence was changed again, so we would kindly ask that you directly contact our Customer support team as they will be able to provide you with clear instructions on how to proceed further in obtaining the licence. So sending in your real name, link to YouTube channel etc might be redundant which is why this requirement is struck from the initial post.
