Erissa: When you change a clan logo, your old logo is still stored
in your computer. This means that your new logo *may* not show up.
The logo is replaced automatically, but it may take some time to
display. You can also delete the old logo manually from the
folder below: Win 7:
C:\Users\%USERNAME%\AppData\Roaming\wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks
Win XP: C:\Documents and Settings\%USERNAME%\Application Data\Wargaming.net\WorldOfTanks (^both paths lead to hidden folders, so by copying the paths you will be able to see the hidden folder) This is the content of these folders: custom_data

Preferences (XML document) The basic settings are then reset to default. After restarting the game’s client, the clan logo should appear. And if not, please get in touch with our Support because they are able to see whether the logo uploading was successful or not. Also make sure that logo is in the correct format size: 64x64 Pixel (Clan profile and tank)
32x32 Pixel (Clan War Interface)
