regarding eligibility depending on the prizes involved. To find out
if you're eligible you need to read the specific contest rules
which are normally different and custom written for each
contest. If it's a digital prize for example it normally
doesn't matter where you live. If the prize perhaps involves travel
(such as to Gamescom or Tankfest) then you'll find that thre is
certain requirements that are put in place. As an example a contest on the NA server to go
to an event in America is likely only to be open to residents of
the United States.
