Ectar:   This is the address where people have to send their contest entries to. It's not one where people can just e-mail a picture to.  You have to physically create an artwork.

Ectar:   Well that's not going to happen as there is no electronic way of entering the contest. I'd say it's next to impossible to win the contest with an a4 printed piece of paper of a cool google image you found.

Ectar:   When we did the 2nd year contest we said "everyone would get a prize" - that resulted in over 14,000 entries. I can't quite explain to you just how long that took for us to go through each entry, catalogue/record every player's name and then sort out a winners list.  For this contest the prize pool is limited so that we hope players won't go overboard with their entries. The bigger the entry doesn't automatically equal first prize.  It's up for players to decide if the contest is worth their time/effort to enter, if not there is always the in-game contest which is easily available for everyone.   I don't agree with the idea of contests where people get prizes just for participating or for putting in very little effort. The very definition of contest is "A struggle for superiority or victory" not " just turn up and you'll be a winner".
