If you're experiencing lag and it's an ongoing thing, please submit a ticket to support and include a dxdiag report. You can find out here how to include a dxdiag in your ticket https://eu.wargaming.net/support/kb/articles/74 This helps our customer support team check to see if there is any common issues (such as players from the same country, provider etc) or if an issue is more widespread.
