So I was looking for the patch notes in the patch notes forum....

Ectar: Patch notes used to be published on the forums once a patch was live. Now they are posted on the portal where there is a much higher viewership. For the public test, the patch notes are posted when the public test is live (and the feedback sections are active).   The patch notes section is due to be removed or redone in a future forum update.
