Ectar: Important: The penetration values on the test server are not
final. The combat performance changes will only be approved after a
detailed statistic investigation of testing results has been
conducted. Some changes in combat characteristics will also be
determined. These are aimed at improving the game qualities (aiming
speed, stabilization during vehicle movement, gun loading speed,
etc.) of tested vehicles. The results of the testing will influence
the final decisions related to the aforementioned changes.

test of the penetration changes, please comment below on what you
like/dislike about these changes. Please also make sure you've read
the statement below to understand why these changes are on the
test server. Here are the basic reasons for the changes:
Excessive penetration in Tier VIII–X battles: the penetration and
non-penetration/miss ratio exceeds the ratio for medium and
starting-tier battles. The necessity to increase the role of armor
in high-tier battles: the statistic investigation shows that the
excessive penetration decreases the role of heavy-armoured and
medium-armoured vehicles in a high-tier battle.
