Ectar:   TD's that don't have armour need to pick their fights, just a med with no armour needs to do. You shouldn't be yoloing onto the front lines in something like a Waffle PZ IV or FV4005.    Regarding "corridor maps". Take for example Steppes, a well known open map.  When the fighting starts on this map however the 2 most common hotspots tend to be at either side of the map on the flanks tanks end up going to set locations and facing off against each other. Malinovka is much the same  Every map is essential a "corridor map" as the fighting ends up being locked across certain areas on the map that allow progress to the enemy side.   Certain approaches become expected and teams then know how to set up against them.  Even with the best intentions almost every map ends up with fighting down certain shooting lanes or fields or fire that are protected on one or both sides to allow advancement without being directly flanked.     Abbey is essentially 4 routes where teams face off against each other (each are pretty much liner corridors) Lakeville is essentially a valley of death, (corridor) a lakeside road of death (corridor with 1 flank closed) and a town to brawl in.   Both those maps scored equally very low in the what's your least favourite map? poll     Personally I love maps with variable progression options (Karkov being a favorite with the gaps in building),
