For a tier 8 premium tank = minimum 5.000 battles played and at least 1 tier 8 regular tank researched, bought and played with it at least 50 battles. 2. For a tier 9 premium tank = minimum 7.500 battles played and at least 1 tier 9 regular tank researched, bought and played with it at least 75 battles. 3. For a tier 10 premium tank = minimum 10.000 battles played and at least 1 tier 10 regular tank researched, bought and played with it at least 100 battles.   As for those that arlready got them as a prize, in order to diferentiate them from those who buy them, they should have some unique skins/cammo and or marks on their tanks, to signify they are special.

Ectar:   I think you misunderstand the reason for the Clan Wars rewards.   - They're a contest prize, which means you need to participate in the contest to have a chance to win it. They were never intended to be commonly and easily available for everyone or to be purchased in our premium store.  If you want a gold medal and to be known as the fastest 100 meter sprinter, you need to run the race and win it.  If you want a clan wars reward tank and the reknown of being in a top clan, you need to participate in Clan Wars and win it.  - The outcomes are exclusive and you can't just have part of a prize without taking part in the content for it. It's an achievement, a goal, and something other people don't have because they didn't win. It's a reason to get more people to participate in Clan Wars.   Every player has the opportunity to participate in Clan Wars and compete to win the tanks.  If you can't join a clan then make a clan and recruit other like-minded players. "I can't be bothered", "I don't want to" and "I don't have time" - are never going to be acceptable excuses because the entire point of these rewards comes from putting the time and effort in.  not everything in-game can be achievable by every player. You have to remember when you lower the requirements you don't just do it for a small select group who play 1-2 hours a week, you reduce the requirements for everyone.   Regarding the Alpha/Beta reward tanks - They're a reward to players for participating in the Alpha/Beta. If you didn't participate during that phase then that content is unavailable for you. It's not something that's up for discussion or review.  Unfortunate perhaps yes, but then it's a special thank you to those players for taking the time back them to support and test the game. - Pre order tanks fall exactly into that same category, there is no plans to make them commonly available again.  The only region where this differs is the RU region as it had to pre-order phase. It was something introduced for when the NA and EU servers launched. This means that no one at all on the RU server could have owned those tanks which is why they're available to those players now. If you want to be treated like an RU player and have access to those tanks then you're free to have an account on the RU servers where you can take advantage of those things.  Vice/Versa if an RU player started playing on the EU servers he's not going to be able to get a pre-order tank on his EU account regardless of what his RU account has on it. In short, accounts are not transferable and neither are regional benefits (and also drawbacks).   Lower tier tanks given as rewards for seasonal or anniversary events occasionally come up in gift shop packages. Tanks like the KV-5 are also sometimes available. (Type 59 is never coming back to the premium shop and players really should stop asking about it now as the answer isn't going to change).    As a final point - For comments about potential future content I'd recommend holding back and waiting till we officially announce things first.  Complaining that something is out of reach already when we haven't stated what the requirements are, makes it look like complaints for the sake of complaining.  The problem with leaks is that people don't know the full story or when/how things will be implemented (if ever), so please take releases of information like that with a pinch of salt. When there is no verified/confirmed source it's pretty easy to make assumptions with little evidence. We always will share information with players when things are ready to be shared and things are confirmed.
