Ectar:   I tend to avoid topics discussing how to measure a players skill level, and at 100 battles I can see your point. But when players get to something like 6000 battles plus, the player who has a 45% win ratio then will be noticeably different from a player with 55% win ratio. The main difference between those players is likely going to be a combination of the 2 biggest things people take a while to learn: Map awareness (for example knowing the common engagement areas and being aware of the battle going on around them) Knowing the stats/performance of the enemy tanks and your team's tanks.   2 also works with 1 as knowing your tank and the other tanks on the battlefield means you know where to go on the map. It also means you know when to break off and cover a side that's falling or to cover team mates retreating etc.  World of Tanks really is one of those games that's easy to get into but pretty difficult to master as you need to be thinking a few steps ahead of the battle so you can react in time to things happening around you.
