Map changes

Ectar: Map changes: Improvements and corrections introduced to the following maps: Sacred Valley, Cliff, Sand River, Hidden Village, Erlenberg (in the Assault battle type only), El Halluf, Airfield and Komarin. Some visual defects and errors fixed for the following maps: Kharkov, Winter Himmelsdorf, Karelia, Abbey and Windstorm. The map Prokhorovka reworked and renamed to Fiery Salient. Reworked the snowstorm effect on the Kharkov map. Fixed the glitch when vehicles could be launched into the air upon contact with certain structures on the Pearl River map. Winter Himmelsdorf map removed from low-tier battles. Komarin map removed from high-tier battles (now available for Tiers I–VIII only). Performance on the Komarin map improved. Ruinberg on Fire map made unavailable for Team Battles.
