Ectar:   If you contact our support team they will likely be able to give you more details regarding why you were suspended. Please understand however that being suspended is a punishment. It's not something where we contact a player and *ask* for their ok to ban them or ask when there is a time more suitable for you (like after the next 3 battles or something).
