Clan Wars: - changes to Riot mechanics in Global Conquest

Ectar: ​Greetings Commanders:   Please note the following changes to Riot mechanics in Global Conquest:   Additional coefficient for basic probability of revolts decrease from 30% to 10% Chips influence on probability of revolt increase from 2% to 3% Influence of counterspy on probability of revolt increase from 30% to 50% Influence of HQ  on probability of revolt will increase from 50% to 100%   The discussion thread for this information can be found in the clan section here
