banned mods - for ectar

Ectar: Just to clarify,    We're looking into making our rules about mods and add ons more clear.  Something like this isn't an overnight task however.  It could result in the mods and addon section being completely changed. As always as soon as we have more info the players will be first to know.   Please keep the discussion civil and don't let tempers flair.
