Ectar: Someone has made a purchase in our store and after the item
has been delivered, the payment has been removed. To resolve this
issue this is between the receiver of the goods, the person who
paid for the goods, and our support team. If a player feels
they have been wronged then by all means they can contact their
local consumer rights representatives who will give then QUALIFIED
advice. In this situation I would also advise players to refer to
our terms of service, specialfically section 8.4 which will be

I am now going to close this thread as it's gone on too far.
In short, please seek qualified advice when dealing with
financial issues. Payments for goods that then involve
cashbacks is always a messy situation and your first point of
contact should always be to the person who claimed to have made the
payment in the first place. After that check with your local
consumer protection dept to know your rights and THEN pursue them,
making sure to know the policies of the company you're dealing
with.
