the seasoned players right now as u did not experience this
event 3-4 years in a row and do not understand our expectations and
frustrations, u should request a second opinion from a veteran
manager who has been 5 years + in company on this matter and
experienced this event multiple years in a row the years before, u
are digging a hole u cant get out of at this point. People
feel baited and switched, doesnt even matter if there was
misinformation on one site or not, its deceiptfull in every
way to change without warning something that has been the same for
many years in a row... here is the only question
u need to answer, did wg give people a heads up the decoration
system was going to change before releasing the boxes, the answer
is a 100% no, and that fact needs to be brought up internally
rapidly and people should be refunded if they wish so, u have a
duty and responsability to these players who feel deceived

released 2 days before the boxes went on sale.
And like past events, boxes always dropped duplicates. About
the compensation I mentioned earlier, it's regarding the mistake in
the NA article that only concerns NA players not EU.
