Forcellrus and other forum members were gathering data and sharing
their drops on the forums but keep in mind that the results might
not very accurate as they are operating on a very small
sample. And if you read carefully what I wrote, I specifically
said, "for now" not "now". If you only want the tank and you're
sure that it won't drop from the boxes than I would recommend you
to wait and see if it will show up on the premium shop.

You're not taking a gamble at that point. That is indeed true.
However, you are clearly aware that there are people who buy it for
the tank. You said it yourself. "Most of you are getting the
boxes for gold." Meaning that some people buy them for a tank
specifically. Which are the ones getting exploited. Because they
will be buying the boxes for the tank specifically, and don't care
about the gold. So for them, it's a loss anytime they don't get the
tank they want. It's about getting the thing you want, not about
getting anything at all. If that were the case, real casino's could
just give their customers useless virtual stickers and claim that
they have "value" like gold does, and get away with running a
casino without it being gambling. 
I also want to say that
saying "It's optional" to get the Bisonte itself is also not an
argument that stops it from being gambling. Nobody is forcing any
gambling addicts to go into a casino. They all do it out of their
own free will. Doesn't stop it from being gambling. But if a
person does want to get the Bisonte, they have no other
option than to gamble for it. Yes, you will end up selling it in a
year or more, but you're still giving people a Fear of Missing out.
FOMO is a mentally manipulative tactic itself to incentivize people
to spend money to get something before it's gone. Tied with the
gambling nature of the boxes, it clearly incentivizes people to
gamble even more. Then there's also the Type 59 that was in
the first year of boxes. You never sold that tank afterwards
either. And it's the only tank I genuinely gambled for. I
won't ever deny that buying boxes for gold specifically is an
amazing deal. But it's at the cost of the people you exploit. If WG
would release all new tanks as a seperate buyable tank in addition
to the boxes, I can guarantee you that nobody would complain about
this anymore.Dwigt: Only thing between the virtual sticker and the content of the large
boxes is that a virtual sticker would be useless if the casino did
not create an exchange value for it, no? Ofc if
someone is buying the large boxes only for the tank then
he might end up disappointed. That's why many of us (players
and WG staff) were recommending those players not to buy
boxes.
