Some feedback:
1) You should do these more often. (Especially at times when there are no special game modes happening [like Steel hunter, battle for berlin or Mirny-13]).

2) You should get like 6-8 organizers online at the same time, with 3-4 per event. 1 is inviting players, 1 is dragging in the players to their respective teams, 1 who manages discord and another one who drags out the players who switch their tanks. And then next 3-4 organizers already sending invites for the next event so the first 3-4 can take a break between games.

3) I think the rules should be enforced a bit better. Like in hide and seek the hunters should be all wheelies / progettos etc. while the hiding team is only tier 1-2 tanks. That way you can recognize an enemy / ally without the hud easier.

4) Not to make it an e-sport or anything but I think there should be different prizes for participating and winning for players.

I don't know if these events would be possible to automate the same way that tournaments are made maybe?

This one felt quite time consuming.

Anyway looking forward to the next such event.
