MoE average values now, will not matter when the tank will be
released. You are missing the point here. CCs and some WG
staff get the tank for a couple of days to test it and to know what
they are talking about in case they are asked about it and of
course to create content. Some CCs need to write a blog post, other
will create videos on the tank and this stuff takes time and can
not be done on day 1 when the tank is released. Not all CCs stream
and their viewers will want to learn about the tank when it's
released. The main point here is to create content not to
reach fame and mark the tank. The requirement now will surely
be high since a very limited number of skilled players are
playing the tank for a week. But that won't be the case when more
players will get it. Same thing happened with the Kpz 50t.It's also
important to note that most CCs are skilled and good players but
they're not the best. When the ranked season ends you will have to
face the best players in the region as well as other average
players.

Dwigt: I don't know if that's doable I reported OP's concern. However a
week of limited testing before a couple of months of the launch
won't make a big difference when thousands of players will get it.
