credits....so those free stimulants are consumed fast. I stand by
what I said previously. Communicate and coordinate with
teammates?? have you had any success with that? because I sure
haven't. I played 10 games so far, some of them in a platoon of 2,
and 5 of them were lost because players act like weekend drivers.
Now tell me how fun this game mode is, really....
Edit: I agree with others.....Leviathan was the last fun event we
had.
Dwigt: You have daily missions to earn stimulants and you can use them
whenever you want. The recovery cost can be expensive, I
understand that and we already forward your feedback to the devs
but still with the free stim packs you can have up to 6 7 free
battles per day. The mode is fun and I'm enjoying it for now.
4 games with random players 2 wins. In my 2 wins we were
always 1 man short. Communication is very important (not only
in this mode) and the lone wolf who decides engage a group of
enemies will die eventually. It's still the first day
(not even) and once more players will get used to it, you will find
it easy to complete. If I can communicate with other players and
win, I'm sure you guys can do it.

My results so far (moderators
please don't ban me

)
SastusBulbas, on 26 October 2020 - 10:33 AM, said: My lord, WARGAMING are you guys having a laugh? Whats up, you that
tired of the game and community your trying to deliberately run the
game into the ground? Or are you trying to get a new award for the
most appaling game modes. 10000 gold for a few skins and 5
crew members that are not even zero skil! 3750 gold for 30
stimulants, 2500 gold for 20 stimulants, 1250 gold for 10
stimulants with the pretence premium days for value added. Two
premium in game elite vehicles that you can buy for 3500 gold that
will be removed when the event ends. And locked commanders
that you have to repeatedly spend more credits on to unlock if you
want to participate, from 25k to 250k! This whole year you
have done everything to empty players in game gold and credit
reserves, including equipment 2.0 fiasco and the apaling credit and
money grab gamble loot box con filth that was the WT event.
@ Dwight, any point you putting your opinion in? Are you
comfortable with these repeatedly poor grind events that just add
stress to us wanting to play to destress in these times?, you might
put a spin on it and smooth opinion over, but at the end of the day
a masive bowl of rough dog poop and smooth dog poop will both taste
the same, the player base is actually forcing themselves to do poor
experience events, losing gold, credits, ultimately money, in a
nasty grind for a reward we all want and think we need or desire,
such as that is the now accepted experience Wargaming provide.
BRING BACK KARL! What happened to the fun engaging modes
that didnt require £40 to get all out of, that didnt require
emptying your credit balance or gold reserves, I mean Wargaming
took the absolute URINE with the WT crates, 1250 gold for a demount
kit after at 1st getting a demount kit, all them credits for a
decal oh no sorry, you get a demount kit like you 1st rolled.
GAMBLING! Someone needs to have a serious word with someone
at head office. Your events are getting worse, emptying players
gold and credit reserves, appaling skins that cost a few days
shopping, its like Wargaming have lost a grip on reality with this
greed for free profit with minimal effort, no reward for the player
base, just pay walls for junk we all want due to the nature of
gaming. I mean whats the NEED for a commander to be locked
behind a series of credit payments with the end amount being an eye
watering 250k! Who the hell came up with that? Fow what purpose
cosidering the lack of earning credits in teh game event and gam
eitself these days? Is it Wargamings attempt to force
players to spend money on gold? How are new players to participate?
You already turned Battlepass into a greedy Wargaming to hell with
new and free players event, so what is this, Wargamings attempt to
piss off and send players packing, are these Wargamings last ditch
efforts to grab as much money as they can with appaling events?
Wargaming, well a good while back the player base got a
taste of the real backbone and character of that company, when they
took exclusive beta tanks and basically gave a huge middle finger
to everyone who firmly believed the statements made regarding
exclusive content. Players spend a small fortune on a free game as
WG themselves stated it would help them get the game started, a
comunity of beta players felt it worth the gamble, invested, an
lost what we invested in. Here we are seeing the true nature
of what started as a great fun free game, now nothing than a greedy
milk every player we can for the smallest amount incuding in game
credits! Really turned that sour Wargaming! We all invested
in your company, we made your paypackets, we gave you our time, I
am sure I am not teh only disheartened player who would like to see
specials for players being rewarding specials, not complete
grindfests designed to extract money credits gold time and fun from
players lives. If you staff are having problems comming up
with content for players, try asking the community what they want,
because lets get real here, it was World Of Tanks that made
Wargaming, that gave many of those staff jobs and paypackets, we
the paying tankers are a big part of why you have that, and we are
the ones working our stressful jobs in stressful times hoping for a
bit of stress free gaming spending money to provide you a
paypacket. £17 for a skin, £30 worth of gold to get more out a
grind of an event, losing a years worth of earned credits to
participate in what should be a fun seasonal event, £40 for a
premium tank to end up with an 18% win rate thats then dumped in
the back of the garage as the MM sees fit to have 30 one sided
games with red players against green, its all getting rather
pathetic.
Dwigt: You're not only getting Skins for 10k gold, but 5 commanders with 3
slots, 330 consumable and training manuals. If you don't find
the event enjoyable and the rewards are not worth the grind
you can skip it and wait for the next marathon or future event. You
can play the event 5-7 times a day for free by completing some
dailies in randoms. We're not forcing you to play or to
pay. Have you tried the event? And again, I'm not trying to
put a spin or force you to enjoy it but I need your arguments and
opinion so we can improve the mode. The recovery cost is
expensive, I got that but you have some free stim packs to help you
deal with that. and the recovery cost will reset every day.
Final_Eclipse, on 26 October 2020 - 10:33 AM, said: This event is the biggest pain I've played 90% of the players are
either bots or drummers who don't even read the rules and what to
do.
[edited]him at the event.
Dwigt: As I said, if I can manage to communicate and win with 4 random
players you can do it. Your initial feedback was forwarded to our
devs but it's still too early to tell, players will get used to it
you'll find it easier to win.
fluffy_fluff, on 26 October 2020 - 10:34 AM, said: so to sum it up - 3 free battles every 24 hours i think i had 5
stimulants for instant commander recovery available right from the
start - is that the daily dose or just a generous starter pack?
(free) there are 3 daily missions for random battles (finish top 7,
top 5 and top 3 respectively WITHOUT THE NEED TO WIN) - thats
another 3 relatively easy to get stimulants daily (you pay with
your time) after you run out, you can pay credits - its 25k for
first recovery, 75k for second, 135k for third and 225k for every
following recovery - obviously it get hellofalot expensive the more
you play (you pay with past time where you grinded those credits)
realistically i see myself getting the first 2 if any at all 30
stimulants for 3500 gold (along with other goodies) available in
the shop (pay with gold) it wouldnt be half bad if the
actual ingame experience for this mode was a little bit better but
i guess people either have to try and learn on their own or we wait
for CCs to educate the masses my first 3 games went terribly: 1) 3
people nicely sticking together going for the communicated cluster
of enemies close to the portal south of spawn, 1 madmax going east
and the other west completely alone - of course both died; didnt
finish 1st phase 2) self appointed leader pinging one cluster after
another - everything went well except when the voice said deliver
mirium the leader insisted we kill one more group - i was the only
one to deliver on time; didnt finish 1st phase 3) we got to 3rd
phase! immortal killed 4 team members - we did not try to approach
or attack him, on the contrary - he is quite fast and just too good
overall - frustrating part is you cannot deal with him except for
trying to run away hopefully it will get better, but for now
i can only recommend playing in a platoon of reliable, skilled and
thinking individuals

for random teams the bar is set way too high
Dwigt: Thank you sharing your feedback! We will have a guide in the
coming days with some tips and we probably going to have one more
additional announcement.

I'm dissapointed,i waited for this event because i had 2018 in my
mind,a smiple fun mode that has nothing to do with this years
event
This years event is overcomplicated,an so much dependable of the
other players in your team, that after eight battles that you reach
the second stage for only two times,it feels like a waste of
time
It is not fun,and it makes me feel like an idiot
Next year...maybe
Dwigt: Try playing in platoons or with your clanmates. It's not an easy
mode and you will need to communicate. I'm sure with your
experience, you'll find it easy to complete.
wolfsrain, on 26 October 2020 - 10:38 AM, said: So... you are telling us now that the mode was created to play only
with friends, right?! And you've swiped under the rag the cooldown
time and the costs of playing the mode. We lose credits by paying
for consumables, we lose credits by repairing the tanks, we lose
credits if we want to bypass the crap cooldown. So, how am i to
like a game mode designed around the fact that players should pay
credits if they want to play...Or even pay real money. Sorry Dwigt,
this isn't for me. You can spin it as you like, but you've created
a mode designed to gauge the players. Meanwhile in WoW (not
WoWs, but WoW), you can finish the Halloween event fast, get some
nice cosmetics and pets, plus some nice items. And the list of
better Halloween modes is really long. With better rewards,
cosmetic or otherwise.
Dwigt: If you check my posts on Friday, I was telling you to play in
platoons and it was even mentioned in the article. You will also
win credits and xp after each battle depending on your
results. I'm not forcing you to play to mode, you're free to
play it and decide if the rewards are worth it but I'm just
answering some questions and reporting the feedback.Rewards in WoW
and WoT are not the same. Don't get me started on the Horsemen
Reins mount grind. You can not compare the drops, rewards,
utility.

Won once on 2nd difficulty with 5/5 premade team.
Biggest issues:
1) Bad healing
2) Death = lose all bonuses
3) When its important to move (due to time or survival) bots will
track people 100% of time
4) Also big bot often camps on top of Magnus xD
Had a battle where we split 2 and 3. Had 5 hedgehogs spawning on us
2 players. Fun times.
Dwigt: 4) Also big bot often camps on top of Magnus xDThis happened to me
as well and there was like 5 seconds left on phase 2. We managed to
win in the end but it was very intense. Thank you for your
feedback and I'm sure you we'll be able to complete the mode on the
highest difficulty.
