tiers but by removing the some advantages that veterans or
"seal clubbers" would have, we're making it a bit more easier
and fair for new players.

recognized as the worst tank in history and was announced a while

This whole celebration is a massive joke. Nothing,
absolutely nothing worth it. Some special t8 tank, not even
premium, would have been the bare minimum. Useless
coins that you cant spend in anything but junk, crappy missions.
