window will pop up for you to pick 2 tanks. If you close it without
choosing your rewards, you will have to go to you depot and click
on the parachute icon (Twitch drop) to claim your package. Happened
to me and wasted 1 day. It will be reported so that next time we
make it more obvious.

I couldnt claim June package, so I had to unlink and link Twitch account from WG account management. After that, Tiger II with its crew, ammo and equipment was gone.

Sometimes the only fix for this is trying to re link your account with your game closed.

closed the window where you can pick your rewards please go to your
