that negative players against your crooked-handed colleagues from
Minsk? Recently, there is not a single event or patch without
absurdly simple and minor mistakes! Maybe it’s worth informing the
management and it’s more advisable to change something or punish
someone for such a disdainful attitude to their work. Well, this is
a mockery, a new update or events, outrageous bugs. Why do we test
all the innovations for three weeks, and as a result we get
complete misery with a bunch of micropatches? and then by Requests
to be patient! Already got these CURVORAL CLOWNS It is necessary to
drive such developers into the neck!Dwigt: That's the beauty of being a CM right? Being close to the
community when the storm comes. We are aware that the last couple of
events had issues. As CMs, first thing that we do, is report
bugs and technical problems to our devs and product
managers so that they can fix it as soon as possible. I
know it shouldn't happen in the first place but error is human and
we try to learn from our mistakes. Nothing would please me if
everything went according to plan every time we launched an
event.

were specialists investigating the whole SU-76i fiasco and
they were working on a solution to then have silence and closed
tickets along with an official "sorry you missed out". I
know saying you're investigating something sounds very
professional, but you can't really do anything but wait. Be honest
about it.Dwigt: You're right! I, like you, can't do anything but wait. We
report the problem, estimate it's impact on the
community and then try to come back with answers that will please
you. You may find these answers unfair or not enough but part
of my job is keeping you updated and make sure that all your
concerns are duly noted.
