Do you actually accept that sort of resolution, as a
customer? Asking for a friend. It's really not about
the actual words, but the underlying message, and that is very
clearly the one they chose.Dwigt: It's really not about the actual words, but the underlying
message, and that is very clearly the one they chose. Look I
was sincerely apologizing to all the players. Feel free to twist my
words, but as a CM I felt sorry for you but there's nothing we can
do now.
Spurtung, on 16 February 2020 - 10:02 PM, said: Oh, come on! They'd never say that! They prolly say
something like this instead: Thank you for your
understanding.Dwigt: I know I wouldn't
Karasu_Hidesuke, on 16 February 2020 - 08:34 PM, said: So glad somebody said sorry. Oh, I had to look for that
piece of information in the forum, of course, as my ticket was just
closed without anybody bothering to reply. Because why should they,
right? I mean, we are just customers; all we should do is cough up
cash and shut up. Sorry, but your sorry is not good enough
for me. This is not first time I got effed over by your company,
and I am tired of the incompetence and the arrogance. There, I've
said it.Dwigt: Well, that's my only official channel to communicate with my
community and there wasn't much I can do regarding this
particular matter. From my part I have collected all your
feedback, suggestions (which most of them were already on the
table) and added it to my report hoping that we avoid this kind of
mistakes in the future. Our CS team checked all the
tickets concerning the SU-76I and then issued an official
reply that you can find below to all the affected
players. Greetings Commander, Thank you for your patience. We are
sorry for the issues you have experienced during the Black Market
SU-76i offer. Players who owned the SU-76G FT when the SU-76i was
made available were not able to participate in the offer. Sadly, if
you have missed the chance to get the tank there is no possibility
to offer the vehicle again due to the limitations of the Black
Market (only fixed number of the vehicles is available and nothing
more) and wild nature of the event itself. We hope that nothing
like this will happen in the future Black Market (assuming it will
happen again). Thank you for your understanding. Best regards,

Dwigt: I hope you're not serious!
Pablo_Rob, on 17 February 2020 - 01:16 PM, said: «Nothing they can do about it» is just plain wrong. The CAN do plenty, but they dont want to. Now, I get the argument for not wanting to. They dont want to flood the market with it.
Why cant they just say so?
Dwigt: It goes without saying. it's a rare tank! And no, we
can't go check who was online at that time, check who had the gold
at that time, check who had the SU76G FT then check if he really
wanted to buy it and finally credit the tank on his account as some
players were suggesting.
