Reward tanks

Decept1on: I checked and 316 licenses were not spent, and if a Clan wins more licenses than there are members, the remaining licenses will be distributed among the players in Top Personal Fame Points, no matter which Clan they are in. Basically what I said was only partially true and it doesn't take into account clan membership, just personal FP rating for the unused licenses.   Now be assured of one thing though, all licenses for free tanks were used and distributed.   I am sorry it was not completely right and I truly believed it was working like this, my information was wrong and this feedback has been forwarded immediately already. Again I apologize for the confusion that was caused.   Decept1on
