Decept1on: Your chips are not green because you left the Global Map (not the
Campaign Map) too late:
Once your clan leaves the Global Map, the following rules apply to your clan resources:
- Chips from the map are moved to Reserve and remain unavailable for 24 turns.
- The cooldown of chips in Reserve continues.
- HQ is removed from the map and is unavailable for relocation for 24 turns.
- If the HQ is on cooldown, the cooldown continues.
